Intellectual Property Rights
The SQF BILLIARDS website contains product text, photographs, videos, logos and other materials owned by SQF or used with relevant permission. Supplier and product-brand marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer rights to visitors or imply an affiliation beyond what is expressly stated.
Use of website materials
You may view and share links to product pages for genuine purchasing enquiries. Reproduction, removal of branding, misleading redistribution or commercial reuse of protected materials requires appropriate permission. Supplier logos and watermarks must not be removed or obscured without the rights holder’s authorization.
Buyer-supplied artwork
A buyer requesting customized logos or artwork must have the required rights and permissions. SQF may refuse unlawful or infringing customization. Providing artwork for an order does not transfer its ownership to SQF.
Report a rights concern
Email stuart@sqfbilliards.com with the affected page or SKU, identification of the protected work, your contact details and evidence of your authority. We will investigate and respond appropriately. A product image or claim on this site is not a substitute for a trademark-registration or authorization document required by a payment provider.
