This policy describes how SQF BILLIARDS, operated by Guangzhou SQF Sports Co., Ltd., handles information on sqfbilliards.com. Privacy enquiries: stuart@sqfbilliards.com.
Information collected and purposes
We process account and authentication information; names, business contact details and delivery addresses supplied for enquiries or orders; product selections, customization instructions, PI and order history; and correspondence needed to respond to requests. We use this information to manage accounts, prepare quotations, fulfil accepted orders, provide support and protect the website.
Service providers and sharing
Cloudflare hosts the website, product catalog, media and related infrastructure. Supabase provides account authentication, customer profiles and current order records. Information needed for fulfilment may be shared with shipping, logistics and approved payment providers. A provider-hosted checkout processes card credentials; this site does not store card numbers or security codes. Online collection is currently inactive. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to investigate fraud and protect legitimate rights.
Cookies, local storage and analytics
The site uses browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions, carts, language settings and analytics choices. First-party analytics record page paths, product interactions, a session identifier, locale and referring campaign information. Microsoft Clarity is also configured; its analytics storage permission is initially denied and can be granted or refused through the website’s analytics banner. Refusing optional analytics storage does not prevent submitting an enquiry. Clearing browser storage may sign you out or remove locally saved preferences. We do not claim that all diagnostic or infrastructure processing stops when optional storage is refused.
Security, transfers and retention
Our hosting and service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Applicable protections and safeguards depend on the service and relevant law. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no system is guaranteed free from risk. Records are retained for fulfilment, support, security and required accounting or legal purposes; they are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations.
Your choices and rights
Email us to request access, correction, deletion or other rights available under applicable law, or to withdraw consent for an optional use. We may verify identity before acting and explain when retention is legally required. You may also contact the competent privacy authority. Do not send card details by email or through product uploads.

Links to social media, maps and other external services are subject to their own privacy policies.
